Description: 
Siege of Troy. Book five: Orestes states his case for the murder of his mother, claiming that the gods wished it. Further to this, as he is Agamemnon's son, he should not be disinherited. Nestor backs Orestes and he is crowned King. Orestes then weds Hermione the daughter of Helen and Menelaus. Erigona the daughter of Egisthus (Aegisthus) hangs herself. The story moves on to Ulysses (Odysseus) and his adventures as he tries to return home. There is an illuminated initial 'O' in the text. The written space is 305 x 200 mm, 2 columns and 44 lines and the script is anglicana formata by two hands.
