Description:
|
Siege of Troy. Book five: Agamemnon is murdered by Egisthus (Aegisthus) who has been the lover of Clytemnestra while her husband has been in Troy. Egisthus marries Clytemnestra and is crowned King of Messina. Orestes the son of Agamemnon and Clytemnestra is sent away to Crete, but later recovers his heritage. The written space is 305 x 200 mm, 2 columns and 44 lines and the script is anglicana formata by two hands.
